• Subscribers take priority when it comes to stock, meaning your supply will never run out. The Mothers Blend jars are notorious for selling out, but maintaining stock for subscribers' refill pouches is always a priority. 

How does it work?

• Your order will be sent out every 4 or 6 weeks, you choose! If you find you are taking a slower amount of time to devour it, or gobbling it up faster than expected, you can move your shipment date forward or backward.
• By beginning your subscription, it is a commitment to the initial 3 shipments. This will continue onwards every 4 or 6 weeks unless you choose to opt out at any time after the 3 shipments (unless the pouch has already been shipped).
• At each chosen time frame, $85 will be deducted, and your shipment will be sent automatically. 

Whilst the pouch is absolutely fine to keep The Mothers Blend in, we suggest adding the pouch contents to a previous Foraged For You glass jar or airtight container to maintain extra freshness. Ensure your chosen storage vessel is tightly closed and always use a clean, dry spoon.

"What are the major differences between The Mothers Blend and The Children's Blend?" 
We have adapted the ingredients to suit the nutritional demands of growing children. We have added freeze dried elderberry and chamomile flowers, lowered the kelp to lower the iodine content, and increased the camu camu to increase the vitamin C content.

The Mothers Blend: Fermented blend (*red lentils, *broccoli, *chlorella, *spinach, *pumpkin seeds, *molasses, *beetroot), *beetroot juice, *freeze-dried grass-fed grass-finished beef liver, *camu camu, *atlantic kelp, *whole stevia leaf powder, *freeze-dried grass-fed grass-finished beef spleen.

The Children's Blend: *Beetroot juice, *fermented blend (*red lentils, *broccoli, *chlorella, *spinach, *pumpkin seeds, *molasses), *freeze-dried grass-fed grass-finished beef liver, *freeze-dried grass-fed grass-finished beef spleen, *freeze-dried wild harvested elderberry, *camu camu, *whole stevia leaf powder, *chamomile flowers, *atlantic kelp.

The Mothers Blend:
Enjoy 7.5g (1 ½ - 2 tsp) daily mixed in water, juice, smoothies, bliss balls, slices, or anything you please. 

The Children’s Blend:

• Infants aged 7-12 months can enjoy a serving size of 3g daily (½ - 1 tsp)
• 1-3 year olds can enjoy a serving size of 6g daily (1 ½ tsp) 
• 3+ year olds can enjoy a serving size of 8g daily (2 tsp) 

Some of the most popular ways to consume both The Mothers Blend and The Children’s Blend include: 

• Simply Stir - Add serving to a glass, add water and stir. You can also opt for coconut water or pure juice (apple, pineapple, orange, etc) instead of water. Bear in mind, this method may not fully emulsify the powder, so please use the below methods to help fully emulsify the powder into a liquid
• The Paste Method – add serving to a glass and add a tiny bit of water or juice to mix into a paste, then slowly add more water and continue to mix. This method should fully emulsify the powder into a drinkable silky liquid
• The Shaker Method – add serving and liquid to a jar or a Foraged shaker and shake until fully emulsified
• The Whizzy Stick –add serving to a glass and use a whizzy stick to blend. With water, juice, whatever you choose! 
• Add to a smoothie – Blitz with your favourite smoothie ingredients and enjoy
• Stir into Yoghurt – Add to unsweetened yoghurt with berries or other fruit. You can also stir into cooked and cooled porridge
• Gummies, Foraged choccy milkshake, bliss balls, marshmallows, pancakes, chia jam, raw slices… the list is endless!

These products are each a 1-2 month supply, depending on your chosen serving size.

Foraged products are different.. so they need to be treated differently too!

At Foraged For You we have no fillers, no excipients, no flow agents, no synthetic chemicals or isolates, and no space taken by anything that doesn't provide you nutritional value. Our philosophy is simple: if it doesn’t nourish the body, it doesn’t belong in the product. 

This is why our products feel different, smell different, behave differently and yes, sometimes they can clump, settle, or change with temperature or moisture. That’s not a flaw… that’s real food. 

When you remove excipients, you also remove the chemical buffers that protect products from moisture, heat, oxygen and light. So our blends are more alive, more sensitive, and more responsive to their environment - just like real food.

 That’s why we always recommend:

• Storing them in a cool, dry place especially if you live in a humid area
• Sealing them properly after use.. like seriously tight!
• Avoiding moisture (no wet spoons or fingers!), and keeping the moisture sachets in the jars
• Not leaving them in hot cars or sunny windowsills
• If you purchase a refill subscription pouch, always pour straight into a Foraged jar or airtight container after openining

Remember, you’re not handling a lab-made synthetic powder here. You’re handling a pure, concentrated food. That’s why our blends may look denser, darker, or more “rustic” and imperfect than what you’re used to.. because well, they are. 

So in short.. our products ask a little more of you - better storage, more care, a bit of respect - but it’s because they’re doing a lot more for you in return.
