Ingredients: 1 cup cassava flour (we use the AKN Organics brand) 3 eggs 1 1/4 cup water, OR sparkling water if you don’t have baking soda 1 tsp baking soda, or just use sparkling water 2 tbsp melted ghee or coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla essence Optional sweetener to taste, such as monk fruit concentrate, maple syrup or whatever suits you!
