"What are the major differences between The Mothers Blend and The Children's Blend?" 
We have adapted the ingredients to suit the nutritional demands of growing children. We have added freeze dried elderberry and chamomile flowers, lowered the kelp to lower the iodine content, and increased the camu camu to increase the vitamin C content.

The Mothers Blend: *Fermented blend (*red lentils, *broccoli, *chlorella, *spinach, *pumpkin seeds, *molasses), *beetroot juice, *freeze-dried grass-fed grass-finished beef liver, *camu camu, *Atlantic kelp, *whole stevia leaf powder.

The Children's Blend: *Beetroot juice, *fermented blend (*red lentils, *broccoli, *chlorella, *spinach, *pumpkin seeds, *molasses), *freeze-dried grass-fed grass-finished beef liver, freeze-dried wild harvested elderberry, *camu camu, *chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla), *Atlantic kelp, *whole stevia leaf powder.

The Mothers Blend:
Enjoy 7.5g (1 ½ - 2 tsp) daily mixed in water, juice, smoothies, bliss balls, slices, or anything you please. 

The Children’s Blend:

• Infants aged 7-12 months can enjoy a serving size of 3g daily (½ - 1 tsp)
• 1-3 year olds can enjoy a serving size of 6g daily (1 ½ tsp) 
• 3+ year olds can enjoy a serving size of 8g daily (2 tsp) 

Some of the most popular ways to consume both The Mothers Blend and The Children’s Blend include: 

• Simply Stir - Add serving to a glass, add water and stir. You can also opt for coconut water or pure juice (apple, pineapple, orange, etc) instead of water. Bear in mind, this method may not fully emulsify the powder, so please use the below methods to help fully emulsify the powder into a liquid
• The Paste Method – add serving to a glass and add a tiny bit of water or juice to mix into a paste, then slowly add more water and continue to mix. This method should fully emulsify the powder into a drinkable silky liquid
• The Shaker Method – add serving and liquid to a jar or a Foraged shaker and shake until fully emulsified
• The Whizzy Stick –add serving to a glass and use a whizzy stick to blend. With water, juice, whatever you choose! 
• Add to a smoothie – Blitz with your favourite smoothie ingredients and enjoy
• Stir into Yoghurt – Add to unsweetened yoghurt with berries or other fruit. You can also stir into cooked and cooled porridge
