The Ocean’s Magnesium contains a powdered blend of pure sea minerals, sea lettuce and calcareous marine algae, providing a good source of both magnesium (382mg per serve) and calcium (320mg per serve) in convenient hard capsules for ease of use, carrying and travelling.
