For years Sheridan, our Founder of Foraged For You, has felt stretched between raising her two young children, being there and supporting Foraged and all its growth, allow it to flourish and reach as many people in need, and then also working 1:1 in clinic to support and nourish clients on their healing journey. After closing her books, she still today receives countless emails and messages from individuals wanting personalised support. Whilst she would love to help each and every person in need, she has instead found aligned, incredible practitioners to take this place but with her support along the way, overseeing the cases and aid in deciphering what is best for clients.
Fortunately, Foraged has been lucky enough to not only receive love and support from an aligned community of consumers, but also practitioners. Ones that think, feel and operate from a place of alignment and intention, whilst offering their own unique clinic style. This is why we wanted to offer the Foraged For You Clinic with Jessie and Fleur, as we believe this is the perfect way to intentionally offer more of us here at Foraged, to more of you out there that need it.

Why Nutrition and Naturopathy?
The modalities Clinical Nutrition and Naturopathy use the same holistic framework when assessing and treating clients. Nutritional Medicine principles and Naturopathic Medicine principles are a six and two threes - they have a lot of crossover and similarities. Both modalities are holistic, professional, patient-centered, evidence-based, and apply herbal, nutritional and lifestyle medicine where required.
A 90 minute initial consultation is the first step, with your chosen practitioner which involves a very thorough case taking and holistic assessment. This may include but is not limited to discussing your health and medical history, various body systems and symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and of course, your goals!
Using this information in combination with the evidence-based knowledge and intuitive guidance of your practitioner, you will receive a treatment plan after each consultation to follow until your next consultation. Your treatment plan may consist of dietary and lifestyle advice, herbal and nutritional supplement prescription, pathology and functional testing requests, educational resources, or collaborative referrals to adjunct modalities when necessary.
We highly recommend a follow-up consultation (30-60 minutes) to review progress and adjust treatment and goals. Most clients will continue with monthly follow-up appointments until they are feeling the best version of themselves. Even then, ongoing check-ins are recommended as we believe preventive medicine is key to thriving.
We’d like to reiterate that booking a consultation is not a one-hit-wonder, it is embarking on a health journey. This generally requires ongoing investigation, tweaking and adjusting of treatment protocols to ensure the best outcome for your individual health needs. We do not guarantee a 'cure' after one consultation, but we can guarantee dedication to optimal health outcomes in realistic timeframes.

You can be in your car, on your couch, lying with your little one, or alike. This also allows you to have a consultation on your work lunch break when you only have limited time!
