Greek Inspired Lamb Shoulder Ingredients:  1 lamb shoulder 4 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp sweet (or normal) paprika  2 tsp thyme 2 tsp oregano 2 tbsp lemon juice (or one average sized lemon, juiced) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsps salt 1-1 1/2 cups water Method: Preheat your oven to 170 degrees celcius.
